AllVideo not working on Mac products

I use All Video for WMV and they are working quite well for many browsers haven't heard any issues except for Mac users. It is not working needs to run Silverlight what can I do. I was told need it in HTML 5? Any help anyone>

Mac users need to have the Silverlight plugin installed to playback WMV videos.
To make sure you target as many people as possible convert your videos in h.264 (mp4), they will then be played back in all operating systems and even mobile devices.
