How to move "0 Comments and 0 Reactions" from bottom to top.

I cant seem to find the answer on how to move disqus

"0 Comments and 0 Reactions" link

from the bottom of the article, to the top of the article and display it at the top of the article next to the Date/time/author.

thanks for any help.

Using joomla 2.5.9 and Disqus 3.2 plugin. Other modules installed are just Joomla works slideshow Pro, and SWmenu. Thats it.
