Multiple Frontpage Slideshows

Greetings everyone. I am trying to use multiple slideshoes on one page. The problem is the module where the second slide show is only 300x250. Everything is there, but the slide is only showing a small portion of the actual picture. My website is http://mercenaryrugby.com/ [nofollow] and and all help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
