I also purchased FPSS and later determined that it was not compatible with Joomla 1.7. When I contacted Joomla Works and requested a refund, I was told that a refund was not possible and to upgrade my site to Joomla 2.5.

I find this totally unacceptable.

Did you read somewhere in the description product that our product is compatible with joomla 1.7?

No, because nowhere it is stated something like that.

In addition, in JoomlaWorks Terms of Services it is clearly stated that refunds are out of company's policy.
